About Trevor Quinn-Thomas
Trevor founded the company in 2008 and served as Managing Director as well as an adviser until 2023. Trevor has an extensive book of personal clients which he has developed throughout his Financial Services career which began in the 1980s. About Mark Bevan
Mark is our Compliance Director, he has a wealth of experience in mortgage advice, management, and compliance. Prior to taking up his position on the Board, Mark built a succesful career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser and developed extensive knowledge on the technical and regulatory aspects of the mortgage market. Based in Taunton, Somerset, Jack has a vast experience in the Financial Services industry. Jack provides expert advice on mortgages and insurance and is available for his clients on evenings and weekends where required.
About Julian Ward
Julian is based in Bath, he holds a full CeMaP qualification and has great experience in financial advice. Like our other advisers, he is happy to travel around the South West to visit clients and offers a very professional and friendly service.
About Kallum Gavin
Kallum is based in Weston Super-Mare and is fully CeMAP Qualified. He is always happy to visit clients at a time to suit them, providing a personal service with home visits or via Zoom, whichever is preferred by his clients.

Based in Bristol, Phil uses his extensive knowledge of both the New Build and second hand housing market to help her clients buy their dream home.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry, whether you are buying your first home, moving house as your family grows, investing in property for your future financial security or remortgaging to find a better deal to save you money, Phil’s knowledge and expertise can help.
He enjoys making the process as quick and easy as possible for any clients and is happy to assist with their enquiries through to completion. He also has a great understanding of schemes like Help to Buy and can ensure that clients fully understand this concept before also arranging this on their behalf.

Vikki is based in Chipping Sodbury in South Gloucestershire & at McAllisters estate agency in Frome. Vikki joined our team in 2010 having worked for two other brokers previously, she brings a wealth of experience in to her role as an adviser and also holds the CeMaP qualification.

About David Sydenham
David works out of our head office in Taunton as a Business Support Assistant. David handles all things finance for HQ, including broker commission payments, invoicing, and internal accounts prep, as well as managing a number of ongoing processes to support the company's performance and MI reporting.
About Kirsty Hodges
Kirsty is our Business Support Coordinator. Based out of our head office in Taunton, Kirsty manages a number of critical processes and works closely with the Board to keep the business running smoothly.
